I'm a Postpartum Doula and I live in Tamaki Makaurau, Auckland. I'm a Mum to three, a partner to Matt and I love all things baby, birth and positive Postpartum.
I love to cook and spending time in the garden brings me joy. I enjoy being outdoors, travelling with my whanau (family) and exploring our beautiful country of Aotearoa.
I am a proud Te Arawa wahine, born and raised in Rotorua, NZ. I came to this important work after the birth of my third child in July 2021. In 2022, I completed my training with Julia Jones of Newborn Mothers as a certified Postpartum Professional.
I support families of all cultures and diversities within Auckland and surrounding Waikato.
As a Postpartum doula, I provide support for a new Mother and her family as they navigate life with a new baby. Pregnancy, birth and Postpartum are times of immense change for a woman; a complete rebirth of the divine woman she is and the new woman she is becoming.
I hold space for the new Mother and show up for her, just as she needs. Providing practical, physical and emotional support means things like cooking nourishing food, finding peace in the home, filling the literal - and figurative! - cup and going ALL IN together to this ever-changing and often challenging Postpartum journey.
I believe all women should feel calm, safe and supported during pregnancy, birth and Postpartum. I believe in holistic health, advocating for freedom of choice and cultural traditions, practices and rites of passage.
